Midwest Judo & JuJitsu is one of more than 50 AJJF schools in the United
States, Midwest Judo & Jujitsu dojo was founded in 1989 by co-sensei
brother and sister Mary Boland and Timothy Boland.
Both began jujitsu studies in 1977 under the late Professor Patrick Browne,
and both have studied the art continuously since that time. Mary holds
the rank of Sandan and Tim holds the rank of Nidan. In addition,
Sensei Tim studied judo for many years, competing in local, state, national
